Billing details

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If you subscribed inside the Supload app, cancel in yourApple Account settings(on iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions). If you subscribed on the web, cancel from thesubscription portal.
  • Annual plans are billed once per year. Monthly plans are billed every month. Taxes may apply based on your billing address.
  • Enterprise customers can add seats at $10/mo per seat after subscribing.
  • Website charges come with a full refund within 14 days — email[email protected]. Subscriptions bought inside the app are billed by Apple, and Apple issues those refunds. Full policy in ourTerms.
